Privacy policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Niveo Studio complies with Québec’s Law 25. We collect the bare minimum and do no tracking. Here is how we handle your information.
What information, and why
When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, your email, and optionally your company and message — solely to answer your request and follow up.
No cookies, no tracking
The site uses no tracking or profiling cookies. Our traffic statistics come from server logs, without cookies — so no consent banner is required.
No reselling
We neither sell nor trade your information. It is only entrusted to the tools needed to process your request (email, form service, scheduling).
Retention
Your information is kept only as long as needed to follow up on your request, then deleted.
Processing outside Québec
Some of these tools host their data in the United States.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption) and access to your information is limited to what is strictly necessary. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent. Contact us via the “Tell us about your challenge” button.
Complaint
If our response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Privacy officer
Francis Lauzon Duranceau. For any question or to exercise your rights, use the “Tell us about your challenge” button.
